Car Crashes Into Bay Area Safeway, Injures 71-Year-Old Shopper: Report

A parking maneuver went awry, causing a vehicle to crash into a Safeway wall, injuring a 71-year-old customer. The driver, who was reportedly confused about the brake and gas pedals, told police that confusion led to the collision. The incident occurred about 3.30am.
