King Charles and Queen Camilla to visit Washington in April

The UK's King Charles III and Queen Camilla are set to travel to Washington in late April to celebrate the relationship between the UK and the U.S. The visit will take place from April 27 to 30 and will include a banquet dinner at the White House. This will be Charles' first state visit to the US as king and will mark the 250th anniversary of American Independence. The trip follows a visit by President Donald Trump to the UK in September.
