A new restaurant, West Chester Chicken, has opened on 34 S. High Street, located near the West Chester Barbershop. The restaurant is run by Carlos Vargas, who also owns Kennett Chicken and a number of other restaurants in the area. The menu includes crabby fries, boardwalk fries, chicken tender and wing platters, chicken sandwiches, and more.
