A 21-year-old woman was reportedly targeted by at least two men in broad daylight as she headed to work in Santa Ana, California. The victim's brother said that a man from the same area grabbed her arm and held it tight, causing her to flee. The incident occurred off Parkcenter Drive and the police are currently investigating.
