Jonathan Rinderknecht, the man charged with starting the Palisades Fire, should not be charged with any further, according to his attorney, Steve Haney. He claims that new testimony from firefighters who admitted to leaving parts of the Lachman burn area smoldering undermines the prosecution's narrative. The testimony was part of a lawsuit filed against the City of Los Angeles and the State of California by thousands of Palisade fire victims.
