River Plate appoint Coudet as head coach

Argentinian football club, River Plate, has appointed Eduardo Coudet as its new head coach following the departure of Marcelo Gallardo. Coudlet joins from Spain's Alaves and will replace Gallardo who resigned last week after a year and a half of a successful career at the club. The appointment is set to be officially announced on Wednesday.
