Boy hit by car in Redruth could suffer life‑changing injuries

A 15-year-old boy is in hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car on a busy Redruth road, according to police. The incident occurred at around 21:50 GMT on Wednesday. Police have arrested a 19-year old man on suspicion of driving while unfit or negligent, and are urging witnesses to the incident to come forward.
