Norwalk man arrested after complaint of lewd behavior in apartment window

A 60-year-old man from Norwalk, Connecticut, has been arrested following a complaint of lewd behavior in an apartment window. The suspect was identified after an investigation led to his arrest. He is charged with breach of peace and is scheduled to appear in court on May 4.
