The US New Vehicle Sales are forecast to drop by 6.3 percent in the first quarter of 2025, according to online car shopping guide, Edmund. The company predicts that 3,693,599 new cars and trucks will be sold across the country by the end of the year, marking a significant decline from the previous quarter. The decline is attributed to a 6.9 percent decrease in sales from the first period of 2025 and an 8.8 percent decrease from the fourth quarter.
