Body camera video shows 19-year-old woman rescued after crash ends in Ohio river

Andi Burns, a 19-year-old woman from Batavia, Ohio, was rescued after her truck flipped in the Little Miami River after hitting a tree and falling into the water. After swallowing water for 10 seconds, Burns found a four inch gap in the floorboard while her truck lay upside down. Firefighters from Central Joint EMS Fire District, Clermont County Sheriff’s deputies, and sergeants worked to smash the window out. Despite the ordeal, Burns walked away with only minor injuries. She plans to become an EMT in Clermmont County soon and reunite with the team at a reunion on Thursday.
