Bill Clinton returns to Arkansas to deliver commencement address for Clinton School

Former President Bill Clinton is set to deliver the commencement speech at the Clinton School of Public Service in Arkansas on May 2. The school was established in 2004 and is the first in the country to offer a Masters of Public Services degree. The ceremony will not be open to the public, but will be broadcast via a live webcast.
