The debate will be moderated by news anchor Nikki Laurenzo and veteran morning news anchor Frank Buckley. The six candidates participating include Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco, former Fox News host Steve Hilton, former Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, San Jose Mayor Matt Mahan, and billionaire Tom Steyer.
