A 70-unit income-restricted apartment community in Forked River, New Jersey, has reached full occupancy, with all residents now living in their homes. This is the third and final phase of the multifamily property in Ocean County and is the sister community to Cornerstone at Lacey I and II. The development offers one- to three-bedroom apartments with individual entrances, with rent rates being restricted for those earning 60 percent or less of the area's median income. The community was designed to meet requirements of LEED and ENERGY STAR certification and is located near the Garden State Parkway, Lacey Township District schools, supermarkets, retailers, beaches, and local medical facilities.
