A 20-year-old man, Jerardo Hernandez-Alonso, has been charged with three counts of unauthorized videotaping for secretly recording three men at McHenry County College. The alleged incident occurred on the night of October 11, 2025. Police identified Hernandez-already and interviewed him, where he confessed to the recordings.
