Man who lured, offered meth to 11-year-old Salem girl with autism gets 25 years in prison

Elijah Galaviz Arce, from Nampa, Idaho, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for luring an 11-year-old girl with autism from her home in Salem, Oregon in 2025. The charges stem from a report of a missing persons case filed on August 5. Police found Arce with the girl in a secluded area hidden by bushes and arrested him. As part of his sentencing, Arce will not have any contact with the victim and must register as a sex offender.
