The study, which included 112 obese or overweight adults, found that participants who lost the most weight often stuck to a steadier diet than those who dropped fewer pounds. This variation of diet is likely due to caloric consistency and simplicity. However, the study also noted that the modern food environment is too problematic for people to maintain a consistent diet.
