A U.S. Marshals Service task force in Nashville has arrested a fugitive convicted of aggravated statutory rape, James Harold Tolliver, who ran away from his trial on the third day of the trial. The task force found Tolliver on Alameda Street in Nashville and transported him to the Davidson County Jail.
