Tulsa County election board opens new, larger facility to boost security & ease voting
Published on March 4, 2026.
Tulsa County voters will be able to vote in a larger, more secure facility than the previous site, which had been in use since 1983. The new facility is open to the public and includes expanded parking, increased space for voting materials, and indoor waiting areas for voters. The purchase of the building was approved for $9 million with no county tax dollars being used. The number of Tulsa County registered voters has almost doubled since the previous facility's opening, with nearly 400,000 more than a decade ago.
