The Tuscarawas County Humane Society is seeking new homes for two young pets, Moonstone and Waterbed. Both are deaf, making them a special-needs pup who will thrive with people who are experienced in working with deaf dogs. Despite hearing loss, Moonestone communicates with her emotions and is intelligent and capable of learning hand signals and visual cues for training.
