Kansas schools dismiss early for severe weather

School districts in the Wichita area are dismissing early due to severe weather warnings. El Dorado USD 490 and Augusta USD 402 are expected to dismiss at around 1:05 p.m. All afternoon and evening activities are cancelled. If severe weather conditions become unsafe at dismissal, students will be kept in school until it is safe to leave.
