Vallejo's popular La Cuchara restaurant has reopened after three consecutive robberies, which caused tens of thousands of dollars in losses and forced the owner to close for almost five months. The thieves stole $80,000 worth of equipment, including the stove, from the venue and the food truck. Despite these successes, Eduardo Paniagua remains committed to recouping the losses. The restaurant is known for its Mexican and Salvadoran cuisine and features a soccer field next door.
