Exclusive: Citi moves into agentic AI

Citi is launching a new internal AI platform, Arc, that allows employees to create agents and use top models within one secure system. This move is part of a larger effort to offer the best AI models to employees without compromising on safety. The platform will be initially available to developers and eventually to be rolled out to the broader bank. The company already uses 180,000 employees' use of enterprise AI tools.
