The study by McKinsey Senior Partners, which looked at the world's top 200 CEOs, reveals that a "curiosity and learning mindset" is a key attribute that sets the best leaders apart. The researchers suggest that while most leaders are rewarded for having answers, they are also rewarded for asking better questions. The study also suggests that while Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella's transformation of the organization was influenced by the concept of a "growth mindset", the curiosity of a curious leader can also be observed.
