If you bought an iPhone last year, you may have a $95 check coming

Apple has agreed to a $250 million settlement against a class action lawsuit regarding its iPhone 15 Pro or iPhone 16 ads featuring Siri features that were never shipped. If you bought an iPhone between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, you are eligible for at least $25 and up to $100 depending on how many people claim their portion of the settlement. The settlement has been preliminary approval and will be sent within the next 45 days.
