TSM (TSM) has reported a 40.6% increase in Q1 revenue, largely due to the growing popularity of its U.S. manufacturing center in north Phoenix. The company also confirmed that its second Phoenix fabrication plant is on track to open next year. The 2,300-acre development, which will provide housing and a technology hub for the company, is also expected to attract high-demand customers.
