Anar Rustamov, a 38-year-old Azerbaijani citizen who had lived in the Bay Area, has been indicted by a federal jury for $90 million in health care fraud. He is accused of filing thousands of false claims for medical equipment with the Medicare Advantage program. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each felony.
