Two Baldwin County women in their 90s prove age is just a number with life-changing strength training

Two Baldwin County women in their 90s, Carol Cary and Nancy Forester, who are in their late 90s and 93-years-old, are overcoming stereotypes by exercising regularly and maintaining their strength, bone density, and independence. They strength train with Miles Paisant three times a week to maintain these goals. Forester started about eight months ago when she could barely raise her arms past her shoulders. Cary has been working out with Paasant for five years and is now a strong and mobile woman. Paasan believes that it is never too late to start lifting weights and working out, regardless of age.
