Manchester teen, Xavier Rodriguez, has been charged with intentionally injuring a Manchester police officer and ramming a South Windsor police vehicle in the fall. The charges stem from a September 2025 incident where he was identified as the driver who ran over the officer's foot and fled to the FedEx Distribution Center in South Windsor. He is also accused of engaging in a pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility and using a marker plate.
