Valve's new Steam Controller, which goes on sale for $99, is being developed by accessories-maker Mechanism. Mechanism's Basegrip is the first way to attach a Steam Controller to your phone and can be used to remotely control your PC using the Steam Link streaming app. However, the company noted that the controller does not yet work across all iOS or Android platforms and there are some issues with iOS and Android users. Additionally, Mechanism is opening up a waitlist for a stand-up Steam Controller dock, which stands up the controller at an angle. The company is also offering free files to 3D print versions of the Basegasp and a "stripped down Dock".
