California's Attorney General, Rob Bonta, has sued the Trump administration to prevent it from using a Cold War-era national emergency law to restart its offshore oil operation. The move has been met with criticism from environmental groups and experts who believe it will not help lower gas prices and put California's coastal wildlife at risk.
