Maduro Set to Return to US Court as He Fights Narco-Terrorism Charges

Former Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro is returning to a New York courtroom on March 26 to fight charges related to drug trafficking. His lawyer, Barry Pollan, argues that the United States violated his constitutional rights by preventing the Venezuelan regime from using funds for his legal expenses. The trial date for the couple has not yet been set.
