Bairon Hernandez, a Honduran man who has been deported four times, is accused of murdering an 83-year-old man after shoving him onto the subway tracks in Manhattan. The victim, Richard Williams, died weeks after the March 8 incident. Hernandez, who was arrested two days after the attack, has denied pushing the victims and will be arraigned on the murder charge on March 30. He has a lengthy rap sheet with drug and domestic violence charges and has asked New York authorities not to release him.
