NASA officials detail Artemis II plans, life support limits ahead of lunar flyby

NASA officials have revealed details about the Artemis II mission, which will take astronauts around the Moon for six days, including a decrease in life support capacity and preparation for future docking missions. The spacecraft will travel more than any previous crewed mission, reaching 252,760 miles from Earth and passing about 4,000 miles from the Moon. The mission will also be followed by a lunar flyby, which scientists believe could reveal new insights from the far side of the Earth.
