William Troy Taylor, a 45-year-old man from Eagle Mountain, has been charged with 35 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony. He was previously arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a child and is accused of possessing explicit videos of the child. After being booked into the Utah County Jail, investigators seized Taylor's cell phone due to concerns that he had taken sexual images of the victim. The phone was later confirmed to have contained child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which depicted dozens of minors sexually abused and exploited. Despite denying any wrongdoing, Taylor entered a not guilty plea to the rape case.
