A resident found the kittens abandoned outside of a Target shopping bag in Southbury, New Hampshire, nearly freezing them to death. The kittens were brought to Whiskers Pet Rescue and are currently receiving ongoing care. An animal advocacy group, Desmond's Army, is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person responsible for abandoning the kittens.
