President Donald Trump has called for Hakeem Jeffries to be charged with inciting violence, suggesting a link between the attempted shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner and the House minority leader's call for a "maximum warfare" redistricting campaign. At the same time, the D.C. Court of Appeals was considering whether the Pentagon could punish Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) for encouraging troops to "refuse illegal orders," a move Trump has described as "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR".
