The Pentagon's Chief Technology Officer, Emil Michael, has stated that there is no resolution between Anthropic and the government due to ongoing disputes over the use of its technology. This comes as the White House considers potential executive action on AI testing and safety, which could allow government agencies to collaborate again. Other companies including Google, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Nvidia, OpenAI, Reflection and SpaceX have also announced agreements with the Pentagon.
