New Mexico weather: Warm temps, winds, lunar eclipse

New Mexico experienced record-breaking temperatures, with Albuquerque reaching a record high of 79 degrees, beating the previous record-high set in 1974. A weak cool front will pass through the state, bringing breezy conditions across some areas, but only some areas expected to see cooler temperatures. Red flag warnings and fire weather warnings will be issued for the northeast highlands, with strong winds and low humidity expected. A lunar eclipse is expected Monday night, with its maximum reach of 4:04 a.m. and its final full moon, set at 4:37 a., will be visible across the entire U.S.
