KATSEYE’s Manon Talked Group Dynamics Before Hiatus: ‘Obviously Not Everyone’s Always Going To Be on the Same Page’

KATSEYE member Manon Bannerman has announced a temporary hiatus from her group activities to focus on her health and well-being. She discussed the group dynamics in a new NYLON cover story about the international girl group. She explained that there is a lot of work involved managing personalities and relationships in a high-pressure situation. The remaining members, Yoonchae Jeung, Sophia Laforteza, Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj and Megan Skiendiel, declined to answer additional questions about Manon's hiatus. The group, which formed in 2023 via The Debut: Dream Academy, has released two EPs and launched their first two Billboard Hot 100 hits: "Gnarly" and "Gabriela".
