Police are seeking information from the public regarding the 2020 murder of Bree Black, a transgender woman, who was shot and killed outside of her home during a block party on July 3, 2020. The person of interest was involved in a physical fight with Black two or three days before the shooting. Police believe this physical altercation was the motive for the shooting and are currently in a Florida prison for an unrelated crime. They are seeking public information to ensure justice for Black and her loved ones. The identity of the person ofinterest is not being disclosed. Police are asking for information about the firearm used in Black's murder or any witnesses to witness the fight.
