The man identified as Samuel Brown, since identified as Brown, has died 11 days after a police wellness check. The incident occurred when an officer with the Baltimore County Police Department was called to investigate Brown's alleged drunkenness. Brown allegedly hit the officer on the arm and fell onto the ground, causing him to become brain-inflicted. The Independent Investigations Division of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General has not yet released any body camera footage.
