Tulsa police have arrested two individuals for allegedly robbing a Dollar Tree store after a shoplifting incident escalated into a robbery. The suspect, identified as 60-year-old Venus Brown, allegedly threatened a store clerk with a gun and left the scene in a gray Chrysler Town & Country minivan. Police found the vehicle matching the description and arrested Brown and 59-old Valton Horton. The stolen items were recovered and police have charged both individuals with organized retail crime and conjoint robbery.
