Wales Under-20s wing, Tom Bowen, has signed a new contract with Cardiff. The 19-year-old has made 10 appearances this season and scored seven tries, including a hat-trick against Munster. Despite reports that he had attracted interest from French Top 14 side La Rochelle, he has agreed to stay at the club.
