A group led by former Lt. Gov. Dan Forest wants to promote crypto to the General Assembly

Former N.C. Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest has launched a new group, NCB+AI, to promote pro-cryptocurrency and AI policies within North Carolina. The group was formed from a task force created by Forest and co-founder Dan Spuller of the pro-Crypto Association. The membership model will be funded by private companies, with no details yet released on who will join the association. The organization supports House Bill 92, which would allow the state treasurer's office to invest some state retirement funds into cryptocurrencies.
