After nearly three hours of negotiations, an armed man has been arrested after threatening to kill another man at a residence in Antioch, California. The suspect, who was armed with multiple throwing knives and had barricaded himself inside the home, was identified by responding officers. He was arrested on charges of felony criminal threats and brandishing a deadly weapon. No one was injured during the incident.
