A 17-year-old boy from Akron has died after his brother opened fire on another vehicle, causing it to hit him. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. on the entrance ramp to Ohio 8 from East Tallmadge Avenue. The shooter's 15-year old brother was arrested and charged with felonious assault, tampering with evidence, and theft of a motor vehicle.
