The Bolingbrook Police Department is partnering with the Illinois Department of Transportation, the Illinois State Police, and local law enforcement agencies to increase enforcement efforts throughout April. The department will focus on distracted driving, social media use, video viewing, and other violations. Police have advised motorists to put their phones away and not to use them while driving.
