A 19-year-old man, Talan Hall, has been arrested for allegedly brandishing a water gun outside a Denny's Restaurant in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The incident occurred during an argument between Hall and several underage boys who were riding e-bikes in a parking lot. Hall, who was reportedly agitated with the boys, then pulled out what appeared to be a black pistol and used it to aim towards them, but it was later revealed to be just a water weapon. He is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon.
