Victor Chrispin, former CEO of a dance company, is facing a single, upgraded charge of sexual battery after prosecutors dropped one of the original counts against him. The charges stem from allegations that Chrispin had been in a romantic relationship with the 13-year-old boy since mid-2025. Local attorney Gene Nichols, who is not affiliated with the case, said the move is not unusual and could result in life imprisonment if convicted.
