Howard Co. Schools Alter Monday Schedule Due To Incoming Storms

All Howard County public schools will close three hours early on Monday due to forecasted severe weather, with a chance of damage winds and the risk of tornadoes. Students will be dismissed using the early dismissal method. All afternoon and evening activities involving students and staff are also cancelled, including all afternoon childcare programs sponsored by the Columbia Association and the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks. If Howard Community College is open as scheduled, students who cannot attend should contact their professors via their MyHEC email or Can.
